Practice your paddle boarding skills from 15 min before class starts and 45 mins after the class ends.
Yoga is a great way to improve balance, gain core strength, clear your mind, and connect with nature and friends. This 60 minute class includes: a 5 minute centering breath practice, 40 minute beginner practice, and 10 minutes of guided relaxation.
This class will be taught by Aubrey Warren, a registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Education Provider with over 20 years of teaching experience. She became a certified lifeguard when she was 15 years old and served within that capacity throughout her undergrad at TCU.
